Abstract

Twenty-four athletes with delayed paralysis of cubital nerves were operated. The key to the treatment is early diagnosis and timely operation. Attentionmust be paid to those who had the history of elbow injuries, especially to thosesuffered from fracture of the supracondyle of the humerus and elbow jointarthritis. If they have any sensory disturbance and dyskinesia within cubitalnerve innervating area, operation must be performed as early as possible toloosen and move forward the cubital nerve.
