Objective: To explore the effect of endostatin on the growth of human liver carcinoma in vivo. Methods: Mice endostatin gene was transferred into SMMC 7721 cancer established in nude mice. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis were applied to examine the transfection and expression. The microvessel desity (MVD), the positive rate of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were studied using immunohistochemical methods.
