Abstract

The experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) was induced by-inoculating C57BL/6 mice with partially purified acetylcholine receptor (AchR) plus complete Freund's adjuvent. The clinical signs of mice included decrement of striated muscle contraction, proliferative response of splenic lymphocytes to AchR and production of sera anti-AchR antibody. Pretreatment of the mice with anti-dendritic cell monoclonal antibody 33D1 prevented the occurrence of EAMG
