Abstract

Purpose:To study the change of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level before and after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) ,esophageal /lung carcinoma and postoperative brain tumor ,and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods:serum VEGF level was measured by sandwich ELISA in 86 cancer patients and 24 healthy individuals.
