Objective: To investigate intervenient actions of Jianxin Decoction on serum level of tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and nitric oxide (NO) in the patient of congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: 66 cases of CHF were randomized to trial group and control group. 33 cases in each.
