Seventy cases of IgA nephrosis were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in the treatment group and 34 in the control group. The treatment was treated formulated Heqi decoction while the control group was administered cortisone, persantine, and polysaccharide suffate. The urine RBC excretion rate, quantitative protein, renal function and blood lipids, blood viscosity, plasma albumen, immunoglobulin before and 3 months after treatment were examined.
