To investigate the effect of enhancing hospital infection management in new medical personnel on the im -provement of the level of hospital infection management .Comprehensive management was performed in new medical personnel through ideological education , refining infection control procedures , strengthening training and assessment , combining theory with practice , and reward and punishment , etc.Through enhancing hospital infection management in new medical personnel , the overall awareness of hospital infection prevention and control in the medical personnel is improved , and thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of hospital infection .
