OBJECTIVE:To provide legal basis for purchasing drugs by centralized bidding.METHODS:On the basis of the relevant laws,to expound the process of purchasing drugs by centralized bidding and the standards that should be observed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION:Purchasing drugs by centralized bidding should observe the public bidding law of the People's Republic of China,only by observing the law can it benefits the nation and the people.
