Objective:To form an expert consensus on discharge preparation services for psychiatric patients with depression (referred to as the" Consensus") and standardize the relevant content of discharge preparation services for psychiatric patients with depression. Methods:The initial consensus draft was formed by searching, evaluating, and summarizing evidence on discharge preparation services for psychiatric patients with depression, extracting recommendations and research conclusions. Through two rounds of expert consultation and two expert discussion meetings, combined with expert opinions, the initial draft was revised and improved to form a consensus final draft.Results:In the two consultation rounds, experts' positive coefficient was 100.00% (20/20), and the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.798 and 0.800, respectively. The importance assigned to each indicator was more significant than 3.50 points, and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25. The Kendall harmony coefficients of experts were 0.557 and 0.570, respectively (both P<0.05). A consensus recommendation was reached on the seven aspects of discharge preparation services for psychiatric patients with depression, including application population, intervention forms, intervention time, evaluation methods, plan formulation, implementation process and content, and effectiveness evaluation. Conclusions:The Consensus can provide theoretical guidance for the practice of discharge preparation services for psychiatric patients with depression.
