Objective To realize the community nurses' cognitive condition of disasters nursing,so as to provide the basis for disaster nursing training.Methods Convenience sampling was used to investigate the disaster cognition of 120 nurses in 15 community health service centers (stations) in Chongqing.Results Totalof hundred and twenty questioniare were distributed and one hundred and sixteen questionnaires were retured and the effective rate of retrieve was 97％.97.4％ of community nurses showed concerns for disasters and took a positive attitude on dealing with disasters in the future.Their acquaintances with disasters nursing knowledge and nursing technology was 79.3％ and 76.7％ respectively,but they have a relatively lower cognition in disaster rescue principle with 14.7％ and disaster psychological crisis intervention with 9.5 ％.Conclusions To strengthen the education and publicity of disaster nursing,and to enhance the training of disaster rescue knowledge and the research of method is important.
