Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with renal cell carcinoma in T1 stage treated by preserving renal units. Methods A total of 82 cases with renal cell carcinoma in T1 stage treated by preserving renal units were divided into control group (n =41) and observation group by random number table method, the control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Postoperative intestinal function recovery time, food intake time, extubation time of drainage tube, and increased degree of serum creatinine in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the observation group (P < 0.05);No postoperative bleeding, incision infection and other serious complications were observed.Preoperative pathological anxiety, postoperative constipation, abdominal distension, postoperative low back pain, postoperative insomnia, blood pressure fluctuation rates were lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve gastrointestinal function, mental state, and rarely lead to serious complications.
