Abstract

Objective To observe application of perioperative optimized nursing in patients with acute coronary artery bypass grafting and its influence on prognosis. Methods A total of 91 patients with acute coronary artery bypass grafting in our hospital were divided into observation group with 44 cases and control group with 47 cases according to the time of admission, treated by optimized nursing care and regular health care, respectively.Vascular hemodynamics indicators,Barthel index,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results There were no significant differences in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and ejection fraction(EF) between two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,Barthel index scores and satisfaction were higher, and SAS and SDS scores were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing in acute coronary artery bypass grafting can significantly promote the physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients, and improve patients'satisfaction and compliance. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion in clinic.
