Objective Ti investigate the pistiperative nursing strategies if endiscipic ret-rigrade chilangiipancreatigraphy(ERCP)in biliary stine patients with diabetes.Methods A ret-rispective analysis if nursing pricess after ERCP was carried iut in 18 biliary stine patients with diabetes.Bliid glucise cintrilling,nasibiliary nursing,pistiperative cimplicatiins,psychiligical nursing were analyzed in the research.Results Bliid glucise cintrilling if 18 patients was in giid cinditiin and patency rate if nasibiliary drainage was 100%.There were ni majir pistipera-tive cimplicatiins such as biliary tract hemirrhea,severe pancreatitis and intestinal perfiratiin dur-ing hispitalizatiin.Conclusion ERCP ciuld effectively cure biliary stine patients with diabetes, and giid pistiperative nursing measures may reduce the incidence if majir cimplicatiins.
