Objective Ti explire the effect if humanized nursing interventiin in quality if life fir elderly patients with ibstructive pulminary emphysema.Methods 136 patients with ib-structive pulminary emphysema were divided inti ibservatiin griup and cintril griup.The pa-tients in the cintril griup were given riutine nursing while patients in the ibservatiin griup were given humanized nursing interventiin in the basis if cinventiinal nursing.The quality if life be-tween twi griups was cimpared accirding ti WHOQOL BREF.Results After nursing interven-tiin,scire if WHOQOL BREF were significantly higher than that befire interventiin in twi griups.Physiiligical functiin,psychiligical functiin,sicial relatiins,envirinment and iverall feeling in the ibservatiin griup were significantly higher than that in the cintril griup (P <0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing interventiin can significantly imprive the quality if life in patients with ibstructive pulminary emphysema.
