- Abstract: With the increasing understanding of inflammatory pathogenesis of acne inversa, as well as with the development and application of biological agents in the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory diseases, some biological agents have shown good efficacy and potential for the treatment of acne inversa in clinical research and practice. This review mainly summarizes the research progress in biotherapy of acne inversa in recent years.
