Abstract: DNA damage repair (DDR) genes are overexpressed in liver cancer. Studies have found that DDR is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer. There is a synergistic effect between DDR inhibitors and chemotherapy and targeted drugs for liver cancer. DDR inhibitors can enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy. Some DDR genes can be used as biomarkers for the prognosis of liver cancer.
