Abstract:
The long-term follow-up is an important content of birth cohort, which focus on the dynamic cohort data collection at different stages including the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum and fetal growth period. This document establishes specifications for the follow-up, the management of refusal to follow up and loss to follow-up, compliance maintenance and quality control in the long-term follow-up of birth cohort research.
