Abstract: Duplex kidney and ureter abnormality are one of the most common malformation in urinary system,with most of patients present no apparent symptom,and only a few patients being complicated by ureter obstruction and serious hydronephrosis,which is difficult to differentiate with renal cyst.Therefore a case with duplex kidney and ureter abnormality was reported to provide information for clinical practice.
