Abstract:
Hemolytic crisis is a life-threatening clinical symptom caused by the massive destruction of red blood cells.It is characterized by progressive anemia, jaundice, hemoglobinuria, hemodynamic instability and renal failure.It is required to early identification and urgent intervention in pediatric emergency.This review described the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, and intervention of acute hemolytic anemia, to help the clinician have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding, facilitate timely recognition and analysis of the cause, and thus give timely and correct intervention and improve the outcome of the patients.
