Abstract:
Kawasaki disease shock syndrome is a critical clinical state of Kawasaki disease, and the clinical manifestations of Kawasaki disease in such children are often incomplete, which is easily misdiagnosed as septic shock and missed the best treatment opportunity.This paper reviewed the etiology, early identification and management principles of Kawasaki disease shock syndrome, in order to improve clinicians′ understanding of the disease, early identify from critical patients and avoid mistake.
