Abstract:
Refractory bacterial meningitis is not clearly defined.Its clinical significance refers to the tortuosity, poor efficacy, or repeated or complications of partial bacterial meningitis, poor prognosis, and even death.Factors associa-ted with the onset of the disease include delays untimely diagnosis and treatment, severe illness, positive pathogens, complications, or presence of primary disease.It will be significant for improving prognosis and shortening the course through early rational use of antibiotics, appropriate choose of glucocorticoid, active treatment of complications, attention to searching and removing the cause.
