Abstract:
The clinical application of point-of-care ultrasound in critically ill children is gradually increa-sing.It′s use on evaluation of hemodynamics and pulmonary lesions in critically ill children is popularizing and developing rapidly.What′s more, researchers are attempting to apply it to intracranial pressure monitoring, trauma assessment, airway management and other aspects.Given more benefits to critically ill children brought by the point-of-care ultrasound, it will become a necessary skill for all pediatric emergency and intensive care doctors.
