Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in digestive tract, which seriously threatens people's life and health. About 85% of colorectal cancers develop from colorectal adenomas. Colonoscopy is the gold standard for detection of colorectal polyps, however, there are still some missed diagnosis cases. Increasing the detection rate of adenoma can effectively reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. This article reviewed the advances in research on methodology for improving the detection rate of colorectal adenoma.
