Abstract:
It has been well documented that dysregulation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) is correlated with the development of various diseases, including hepatitis, carcinoma and liver fibrosis, and is involved in the regulation of signaling pathway in many diseases. However, the biological functions and underlying mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Studying on lncRNAs will provide an important theory for the early diagnosis and new therapeutic target of liver fibrosis. This article reviewed the advance in study on the regulatory effect of lncRNAs in the pathogenesis and progress of liver fibrosis.
