Abstract:
Ultrasonic elasticity (UE) is a new type ultrasonic diagnosis technology able to directly measure elastic modulus and reflect muscle stiffness,which has gradually been applied to quantitatively evaluate the degree of post-stroke spasticity (PSS) and guide treatment. The research progresses of UE for evaluation PSS were reviewed in this article.
