Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the alkaloids of Daphniphyllum oldhami collected in Songtao of Guizhou province. Methods: Column chromatographis including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP18 were used to isolate the alkaloid constituents, and their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR spectroscopic data. Results: One alkaloid was obtained from D. oldhami and named as oldhamine D (1). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new Daphniphyllum alkaloid containing a rare cyclopentadienyl anion moiety.
