Abstract:
Intracranial atherosclerosis constitutes a major reason for ischemic stroke in Chinese population. Progression in magnetic resonance technology has enabled us to display atherosclerotic plaque. This review discussed the recent progress on the performance of 3. 0T high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging in depicting middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic plaques.
