Abstract:
A tibetan in-patient aged 43y suffered from ventricular tachycardia and heart failure was cheated with electrical cardioversion,and whose electrocardiogram (ECG)displayed typical type I Brugada wave from lead V1 to V3.Then his heart failure? secondary renal and hepatic inadequacy returened to normal gradually. Followed up one month after discharge,the patient had no complain, and there were type I Brugada wave in ECG as before and heart shadow shrunk in x-ray chest film. It is the first case report about the Brugada syndrome(Brs)in the tibetan.
