Abstract:
Lung diseases, with high-incidence, are clinically common and difficult to treat, posing a serious threat to human health. With the development of gene detection and high-throughput sequencing technology, circular RNA (circRNA) has become a research focus again. CircRNA is widely expressed in organisms and plays important regulatory roles in biological progress. Due to its high specificity, conservation and stability, circRNA has great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This paper summarizes the roles of circRNA in lung diseases research, hoping to provide theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
