Abstract:
[摘 要] 慢性粒细胞白血病(chronic myeloid leukemia，CML)是一种髓系造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病，免疫功能低下是其发生 的内在因素，可影响机体免疫系统发挥正常的免疫作用。近年来研究发现，其外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布和功能变化与疾病的发 生、发展、转归密切相关。本文就初诊CML患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布和功能变化，以及酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（tyrosine kinase inhibitor，TKI）对CML患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布、功能及治疗反应的影响等几个方面予以综述。
