Abstract: Transient fetal arrhythmia is more common than persistent fetal arrhythmia. Persistent fetal arrhythmia is correlated with fetal hydrops,preterm delivery,and higher perinatal morbidity and mortality.Prenatal assessment with M-mode and echocardiography can enhance diagnostic accuracy.Precise prenatal diagnosis and intrauterine interventions may improve the prognosis of arrhythmic fetuses.
