Abstract:
Abstract:This paper starts with the theory on integration of schoolbased health education and physical education, illustrates current problems and difficulties, presents with solutions for integration development, and focuses on optimized strategies under the guidance of health literacy. The integration of health education and physical education in school settings is an inevitable trend to achieve the goal of school health education, with promotion in student health literacy being the ultimate pursuit and the direction of the curriculum implementation reform. To solve those problems, this paper puts forward the integration concepts of health promotion and health management, including universal education and individual intervention, external assistance and internal motivation; optimized strategies for building an efficient and sound health management system, exploration individualized health promotion intervention programs, cultivation of autonomous participation and ability, enhancement of professional ability among health education staffs, as well as optimizing school health education environment.
