- Abstract: Maxillary defects result in esthetic and functional defects in patients. Several techniques are available for ma-xillary reconstruction. Herein, we present a case of maxillary reconstruction with medial femoral condyle periosteal flap by intraoral anastomosis. The characteristics of medial femoral condyle periosteal flap and the advantages of intraoral anasto-mosis are introduced.
