Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:Positively related to functional connectivity using resting state fMRI functional connectivity method to observe the right of sudden deafness of auditory cortex in patients with brain.
METHOD:We selected the right side of the 12 cases of patients with sudden deafness resting state fMRI data acquisition, positive correlation function for the observation about the right of sudden deafness patients using the method of functional connectivity brain auditory cortex and the brain regions to connect brain map, and matched the normal hearing group the difference.
RESULT:The right side of sudden deafness in patients with valid data for the seed point of A I bilateral. The brain was activated network included bilateral transverse gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, insula, cingulate gyrus and supplementary motor area. Brain networks were activated like a normal person, but there were differences between the two.
CONCLUSION:The right side of the deafness of A I seed point the functional connectivity of the auditory system is still mainly confined to the auditory system, but the local auditory cortex functional reorganization occurs.
