Abstract:
This paper identified outstanding problems, key points and elements in domestic ambulatory surgery operation and management, regarding quality and safety management of ambulatory surgery services, by means of comparing international ambulatory surgery management models and management standards. In view of actual needs of ambulatory surgery management at China′s hospitals, and overseas ambulatory surgical management standards, the authors attempted to build the standard of quality and safety management of ambulatory surgery, for reference of China′s hospitals in their surgery management and appraisal.
