Abstract:
Thyroid nodule is a common thyroid disease with high incidence ,as high as 22%-58% in the female population,and thyroid malignancies accounted for 5%-15%in this disease,so we should pay attention to the tumor screening of thyroid nodules.In addition to routine examination methods such as nuclide ,ultrasonography and needle aspiration biopsy ,the detection of thyroid tumor markers should be combined to improve the detection rate of thyroid cancer.Studies have confirmed that thyroid tumor markers have important clinical significance in the diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of thyroid tumors.The reasonable application of screening thyroid cancer markers before and after surgery for thyroid cancer is helpful to select the surgical procedure and evaluate the residual rate and recurrence of postoperative tumor.
