Abstract:
Vasovagal syncope (VVS) is the commonest type of neurally-mediated syncope in children.It has been recognized by more and more pediatricians.Head-up tilt test is the main tool in its diagnosis in case the underlying diseases can not be confirmed through history taking,physical examination,electrocardiogram and biochemical analysis.Currently,non-drug and drug therapies result in favorite response.The therapeutic response varies with individuals.Further exploring individualized therapy for VVS shows good prospects.
