Abstract: Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is a class of gene transcription products that do not encode proteins,plays a very important role in cell differentiation and metabolism.According to the size,structure, function and conservatism,ncRNA is divided into several categories,including microRNA(miRNA), long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),and Piwi interaction RNA(piRNA).In recent years,ncRNA has become one of the most popular biomedical research fields in the study of the relationship between the regulatory function of tumor and its development.This paper will introduce some research progress on the development of ncRNA and tumor, and focus on the relationship between several representative miRNA, lncRNA and the development of tumor.
