Abstract:
Substance use disorders (SUDs) are complex chronic brain diseases that involve neurobiological,psychological and social factors.Virtual reality (VR) as a novel human-computer interaction technology,allows users immersed in virtual environment,to intervene the craving in SUDs.At present,VR is increasing focused on and this article reviews the current application of VR in treatment and assessment of substance dependence,finding VR is a promising supplementary in the assessment and treatment of SUDs.
