Abstract:
Objective:To propose the necessary methods public hospital should take to improving financial value under the circumstance that business environment and mode should change drastic corresponding to new medical reform by analyzing the relation between financial management and business.Methods:Analyzing the tight relation between financial value and business in horizontal and vertical dimension.Results:The financial management value was based on analyzing business data and guiding the medical service to improve the efficiency of resource usage.Conclusion:It needed to achieve continuous financial value promotion through accelerating the integration of financial management and business management.
