Abstract: With the deepening reform of health care system,the value of technical treatment was becoming more and more important.Based on the principle of "optimizing the price" structure,referring to Marxist theory of market value and particularity of medical service,it explored the characteristics of medical service products,considered the differences of medical quality,and put forward the opinions on flexible charging mechanism,which designed to conform to the national spirit of the reform and to improve the medical charging mechanism.It finally proposed suggestions on improving medical insurance policy and establishing scientific evaluation system.
