Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and endoscopic analysis of early gastric cancer. Methods 120 patients with gastric cancer from January 2008 to December 2016 were selected as subjects. The clinicopathological data and endoscopic data of these patients were collected. Results In Early gastric cancer patients, age < 55 years old accounted for 30.8%, ≥ 55 years old accounted for 69.2%, men accounted for 63.3%, women accounted for 36.7%. The main symptoms were upper abdominal pain and loss of appetite, accounted for 40.8% and 22.5% respectively. The main histological types were poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma, accounting for 48.3% and 27.5%. The differentiation was 52 cases, accounting for 43.3%. The undifferentiated was 68 cases, accounting for 56.7%. The lymph node metastasis was 14 cases, accounting for 11.7%. The mucosal carcinoma was 66 cases, accounting for 55.0%, the submucosal carcinoma was 54 cases, accounting for 45.0%. Endoscopic found: The constituent ratios of antrum, stomach body, stomach bottom, cardia early gastric cancer gastric were 49.2%, 26.7%, 12.5% and 11.7%. The constituent ratios of diameter of lesion < 0.5 cm, 0.5 ~ 1.0 cm, > 1.0 cm were 14.2%, 38.3% and 47.5%. The constituent ratios of type I, IIa, IIb, IIc and III were 10.8%, 25.8%, 11.7%, 35.8% and 15.8% respectively. The degree of differentiation and depth of invasion of early gastric cancer were associated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). The age, sex, lesion location, lesion diameter, endoscopic classification were not associated with lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05). Conclusion The men early gastric cancer is more common,the proportion of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma is high. The endoscopic sees the antral sinus is more, more than 1.0 cm in diameter is more, the general type is mainly type II. The lymph node metastasis rate of undifferentiated carcinoma and submucosal cancer are high.
