Abstract: Mobile medical service for patients is realized through Alipay hospital service window based on the new medical insurance mobile payment platform.The paper introduces overall business architecture of the platform and payment procedure realizing scheme,platform implementation and offline procedure to adapt to the platform,realizing real-time payment,optimizing the procedure of outpatient medical treatment,improving patients' experiences of being treated and enhancing their satisfaction.
