Abstract:
Diabetic kidney disease is the most important diabetic microvascular complication which is the main cause of the end-stage renal disease. Anemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease and often overlooked.Anemia is not only the independent factor speeding up the progress of the diabetic kidney disease, but also is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease and diabetic retinopathy.It can aggravate the condition of diabetic neuropathy and diabetic foot as well as reduce the quality life of patients.This article analyzes the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease, its relationship with other disease, its influence on quality of life and key points of treatment.
