Abstract:
In recent years,the pertussis has attracted more and more attention.The number of reported cases in China may not reflect the real epidemic situation of pertussis.The diagnostic criteria used in the surveillance has limited guiding significance for clinical practice.Some issues in the current diagnosis of pertussis in clinical practice are discussed,which encourage clinicians to carry out research extensively and profoundly,and to send laboratory tests for any suspicious cases timely to make definite diagnosis.The pertussis should be recognized comprehensively in clinical practice.
