Abstract:
In the process of drug development,there are a series of challenges and opportunities.The clinical drug development is long with a high rate of failure.Drug and disease model can help us transform experimental data into knowledge.It provided quantitative basis for drug development.It also provided references for regulatory decisions in the process of drug R&D.
