Abstract: The low expression of microRNA-335 (miR-335) indicates poor prognosis in many types of cancer,such as gastric cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and other solid tumors.The low expression of miR-335 can promote tumor metastasis and progression,and is associated with histological grading,lymph node metastasis and tumor staging,which provids a new way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
