Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of uteromyoma treated with mifepristone coordinated cassia tuckahoe capsule. Methods 62 patients of uteromyoma were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was given mifepristone orally in a dose of 10 mg one daily for three months. After three months, cassia tuckahoe capsule was added with a dose of 3 capsules three daily for three months. Control group was given mifepristone orally with a dose of 10 mg one dailly for three months. Results Hemoglobin was increased, while mean volume of uteromyoma was reduced, and levels of serum sex hormone were clearly reduced. Amenorrhoea was appeared in two groups.
