Abstract:
93 gastric cancer cases and 4 gastric dysplasiaspecimen are fixed and then washed off the mucuswith water, and dyed with Alcianblue (A) andHeamatoxylin (H) respectively. The result is thatsome microscopic structures of the mucosal surfaceshow the differential patterns. Early carcinoma(especially the microcarcinoma), dysplasia and in-testinaligation are different in color and mod-el. Gastric carcinoma shows unpaint or weak paint,and pattern's spare, break or zodent. The incidencerate of microcarcinoma is 70. 6%.
