Abstract:
Twenty five patients with hemispheric lesion, ten patients without hemispheric lesion and eleven normal subjects were each tested on twelve items from Goldstein-Seheerer's and six items from Kohs block design series. Each subject used only one hand for each design, alternating hands Throughout the series. To avoid further bias caused by differences in difficulty between paired items, the order of Persentation was counterbalanced between subjects. Standard scoring was used and analyzed for each subjects left and right hand. The primary result of this study shows. (1) the performance of the right handed normal subjects and Patients without hemispheric lesion were tend to the right hemisphere superiority; (2) the performance of the patients with right hemispheric lesion and diffuse cerebral lesion both were demonstrated more poor.
